Some of the main challenges Casual Fridays faced include…
🗸 Dedicated Support. There was not a dedicated team within the agency to manage or coordinate the details before, during and after the event.
🗸 Process. Although they had several team members working on the event in various capacities, unmet tasks continuously landed in the hands of c-level management. They needed a process and expert to keep everyone involved accountable.
🗸 Time. Speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and catering managers required constant communication and demanded timely responses that took time and effort from c-level management.

The Results
Casual Fridays and Angela Grace Events worked together as a team to create a process that provided support for employees (i.e. graphic designers, ad managers, etc.) working on the event.
Regular check ins allowed the team celebrate milestones, and freed up time for the c-level management to focus on running their agency and not feel overwhelmed by the event details. Using ClickUp as a project management tool we were able to keep everyone accountable in the planning process.
Communication and service to the people involved was an important value. All communication for speakers, sponsors, volunteers, venues, attendees, was handled by Angela Grace Events which allowed for consistency and timely responses.
As a bonus, we were able to secure a coffee sponsor for the event that was a direct response to past event surveys.
