As a high performing digital marketing strategist, professor and business coach, Jen wanted to host an off-site appreciation event for her colleagues. She desired to create an intimate mini retreat.

Some of the main challenges Jen faced include…
🗸 Time. Planning needed to be complete in 2-3 weeks and was to be hosted during one of San Diego’s largest social media conferences.
🗸 Distance. Since Jen lives in the Midwest she needed someone in San Diego who knew the area to secure a location and coordinate all the logistics.
🗸 Expertise. Jen needed to hire an expert, someone she could trust to bring her vision to life and make it a reality so she could focus on traveling, work, and family.

Through laser focused strategy sessions, open communication, and creative brainstorming we quickly found a space and all the vendors needed to host the mini retreat and appreciation event.
The Results
What resulted was a beautifully branded experience in a secluded space to show her gratitude. Guests were welcomed by bright prink roses, mimicking Jen’s brand colors and Pinterest-worthy seating.
The event started out with sunrise yoga, under market lights, overlooking a stunning San Diego skyline.
The vibe was set with the sounds from a live acoustic guitar player, followed by a healthy and hearty breakfast. Deep conversations were had and all guests received a custom gift.
The event concluded with a mastermind where all guests had a chance to sit in the hot seat.
